Nope, Wrobel is going to dress up as Santa, and is going to fly to Cyrodiil on a dragon with the ZOS logo painted on the side. He then proceeds to incinerate everyone with Jesus beam yelling " BUY MORE CROWNS PEASANTS!"

Nah its going to be Pacrooti in a Santa hat with festive cards and hes going to tell you to buy more crowns or you won't get any presents. And the presents you get will be random items in a crate. Oh so sorry you got another daedric sweater!

From my impression of him on ESO Plus, I could totally see Wrobel liking that idea.

I saw a mention of them having it at a later date, but can't seem to find that article again to figure out when..



But to stay on topic - No, I don't see another sale coming for the holidays.

Absolutely.... tis the season to spend money. And nothing psychologically encourages spending money more than a sale.

Let's face it... they risk NOTHING by running a sale since all of their merchandise DOESN'T EXIST - it's virtual. No additional cost, no upkeep, nothing.

They'd be fools not to run a sale and miss out on the holiday "spirit"... (the holiday spirit being BUY! BUY! BUY!).

Now... if only they would allow gifting of items. I understand logistically why it will never happen, but it would be nice.

Actually, I and a lot of other people got an e-mail from them saying they were looking at gifting crown store items. I'd like that, as I'd buy my wife the elk mount.

I don't believe there will be another sale for a while. They had one recently and just got everyone to blow through them on crates. Now is the time to reap the benefits of full priced crowns whilst some people scramble to get the new Crown store direct buys and others continues crate gambling. Hence the staggered release of crates/crown store items. Not stating fact here, just one man's opinion.
