Make sergeant's mail useful!

I know that this thread will probably get ignored (because it doesn't concern a lot of players), but I want to be able to say that I at least tried:

The sergeant's mail 4th piece bonus gives weapon damage, which is completely useless as no self-respecting stamina char would ever be using it.

The only builds that use it are magicka-based heavy attack builds with lightning staffs. Those are to date my favourite builds overall, and I'd like to see the 4th bonus switched to spell damage to not waste a bonus and to adapt the set to who is using it. Arcane jewelry would be awesome as well, but all you can get is a ROBUST necklace. Right now it somehow feels wrong to use it as a magicka char.

I have found a use for it as a stamina user.

Dual wield

• Heavy Attack + Rapid Strikes = nice damage and amazing stamina return especially as full heavy armor. If you get the timing perfect, it is actually quite fast. For a DK with 40% increase to heavy damage attacks, the Sergeant set is quite good.

Just robust. I bought mine in Vlastarus for AP. They should drop from the wayrest sewers boss but I can't verify this.

The last boss drops only healthy... and there is an unique ring called Ring of the Risen, that is healthy too. Shame, i wouldve loved that in arcane!
