Please acknowledge the glaring logging out issue

If they have, I haven't seen it. I'm on PS4, NA and I have a lot of Alt characters. I'm finding my play time cutting down a decent amount due to me not wanting to close my game every time or having to go to a city (doesn't work all the time) to log out.

I don't think this something that can wait until the next update

This is beyond frustrating. Just checking for leader board rewards or craft bags has turned into a major annoyance.
