PS4 skill description popping up

Today while running dungeons I would get the skill descriptions popping up in the middle of play. I could keep playing, but my view is blocked and sometimes my character gets stuck. It also happened while doing the mages Guild solo quest line. I finally figured out that it was happening after switching up my skills. It only stopped after closing the game and starting it back up.

I am having same problem. Closing game and restarting did not fix. Going left or right with left analog stick will cycle skill descriptions for each skill on my skill bar just as Hammer described. I can go back and forth but if I want to move anywhere left or right I need to face camera with right analog stick in the direction I want to go. Happened right after I switched some skills just like Hammer said.

I've had it happen before.

One solution is to wait one second between button clicks. This game is buggy af in remotely laggy situations.

I hate to be a downer, but this bug was introduced in Dark Brotherhood and has gotten easier to activate each patch since then. Don't expect ZOS to care and fix it.

Best thing you can realistically do is not mess with your skill slotting too quickly especially in major cities.
