Bought crowns, didn't receive. No word from support in over 24 hours.
I've reached out multiple times. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation and the debit from my account. When I first submitted the ticket, I got a response saying my issue had been "escalated to our specialized team." What more can I do? I don't want to dispute the transaction because then they will ban my account from future purchases.
