Can't log out Xbox One

So currently with me and all my guildies we cannot log out. We have to Dashboard and EXIT the game and relaunch any time we want to switch characters. Been like this since Tuesday. Hotfix where??????????

I'm having the same problem with both PC & Xbox1. And it's been getting worse for the last couple weeks.

I find logging out by a random npc or in a town works 9 times out of ten.

Same here. Some characters I can logout some I have to force quit the game.
