• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)

Can't enter game

I can login but I can't enter game. It shows loading screen then back to Login.
The game said there is something wrong.

I try to enter game at least 30 minutes. Please help.
I'm not native speaker in English. I hope that I don't make you misunderstand.

    Almost every time after a patch it's happening to me too. So, what i'm doing. First, I'm checking card driver update. After that i'm trying several time. After this last patch, i entered in first try after card driver update.
    Whenever i search for an alternative game, i realize that how beautiful ESO is...

    It happened again at 2016/12/3 8:20 EST.

    After I played about 1 hour, I got disconnected suddenly.
    I can't enter game again... :(

    ESO is issuing refunds for these type of connection problems no questions asked. They said they might be able to fix some of the problems in February, but if you cant wait that long there happy to give your money back. They apologize for the inconvenience.
