Hi,
I was waiting for a reply to my ticket: 161202-000092 for the issue noted on the title. I had a problem
with the undaunted chests not being able to open them and loosing a gold key to the netherworld of
cyberspace and they sent me the generic answer to which I replied immediately and today after more
than a week of my original complaint I a reply which as you can see is not very helpful:

It appears that it may be a bug, and we recommend all players experiencing the issue to submit a bug report
