Lost gold key to cybespace!

Hi,

I was waiting for a reply to my ticket: 161202-000092 for the issue noted on the title. I had a problem
with the undaunted chests not being able to open them and loosing a gold key to the netherworld of
cyberspace and they sent me the generic answer to which I replied immediately and today after more
than a week of my original complaint I a reply which as you can see is not very helpful:

After reviewing this issue further, we are not showing that there is a known issue nor resolution for this issue.
It appears that it may be a bug, and we recommend all players experiencing the issue to submit a bug report
so that the information is sent directly to our development team.

    Might help if you refer to it as an Undaunted Key instead of a "gold key" as there are no gold keys anymore.

    Hi,


    Yes, I have been playing ESO for while and forgot about the name change from
    gold key to undaunted keys. Nevertheless, I posted this exchange with ZOZ customer
    service so other players who may have the problem will report it and not just dismiss
    the issue as " just one key is not a big deal". Unfortunately, the group tool not always
    works and with all sort of trolls (yesterday I was transported to a dungeon by the group
    tool and as soon as I got there I was back in Riften when the crown with no warning
    dissolved the group!) sometimes it takes a long time to assemble a group and go through
    a dungeon so to loose a key is for me a good deal and it should be for other players.

    These reply emails are getting worse :(
    Random normal bonus (100k xp & item) was not working for me last night, so I sent in a ticket.

    My reply?

    Most in-game issues can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then logging back in. This will load you into a new game instance and refresh your surroundings. Please make sure you’ve attempted that first! Also, be sure to visit our help portal where you can search for common issues and subscribe to individual articles for any updates about that information.
    If you are returning to the game after a hiatus or are a new player, I recommend checking out our new Player's Guide for a reminder on gameplay mechanics and systems.
    There are also many wonderful unofficial community wikis which have a lot of helpful information about the game

    While I appreciate the speed of the response, the content is worthless. Log out for 5 minutes time fix it? Lol k.

    Guess I should check out one of them unofficial wikis to set myself straight...

    Yes, please be beware of this bug with undaunted keys and please report it as soon as
    possible and submit a bug report. It is not fair after so much work to loose
    a reward for a job well done.
