Dark shade II Pledge Resetting

The big dwemer pull before the last boss is resetting half way through the fight and everything is respawning. This happens while we are on top of the location of the pull, we did not move them anywhere strange. We've tried pulling partial groups, the whole group, etc. And no matter what, they reset/respawn part way through the fight every time. I was literally standing in the middle of the whole group tanking and they all reset/respawned around me, the rest of the group was spread around me (no one was far away) fighting as well.
