Endless hail won't advance beyond 3 1/2 on my main charater
Five pieces of rattlecage show up as only 4/5 on a secondary character
Crown crates - no instructions meant that I ended up keeping most of the items I got from the four crates. Only with the last one did I figure out how to trade the items I didn't want for gems. BUT ... I logged in this morning, and all but two pets were gone. *poof* Vanished from my account.
I wrote Help about the rattlecage issue, but still haven't heard back.
