So I haven't reached level 50 yet but I am tired of grinding and want to do some pvp. I am a magicka sorcerer. What's a good pvp set i can get pretty easily?

If you find a friendly crafter, you can ask for something like kagrenac's, or julianos. If you want to craft it yourself, seducer would probably be more realistic as this set requires less research.
I assume that you don't want to grind for gear, but you could check if you already have anything useful and maybe look for parts of the same set in some guild stores.
I could also mention some sets that you might find in stores, but it's usually hard to find anything at lower levels, so I'd just recommend to look for anything that seems to be useful and not too expensive where you can find a complete set at your level.

You should make sure that you choose Blackwater Blade as campagin since only players below level 50 can enter it. That way, many of your enemies also won't have perfect gear, making the fights much more balanced than they would be if you entered a veteran campaign where many players run perfect legendery gear.

Seducer or Magnus are pretty good starting magicka sets, but make sure to ask for Impenetrable. When in doubt, for pvp, always go impen.
Artemis Absinthe - DC magicka nightblade (PC - EU)
Gruzosh Barrelsmasher - DC stamina sorcerer (PC - EU)
Kew'bacca - AD stamina nightblade (PC - EU)
Jebediah Orbrynn - DC magicka templar (PC - EU)
Hold-Many-Bags - Mule DK, Promoted to main tank, occasionally stamDD
Olaf Proudstache - Mule - No longer with us Now a Stamwarden healer
Aglieglie Brazorf - AD magicka sorcerer (PC - EU)
Rodolfo Lavandino - DC stamina, greatsword wielding, Jesus beam spamming, Redguard hybrid templar just a stamplar again (PC - EU)
Lemmy Raise Master - EP stamina necromancer (PC - EU)

I like the withered hand set for low level . Lots of sustain for grinding mobs .

For PvP maybe seducer or Julianos .

    ^That's pretty perfect stuff^

while your at the store, look at picking up some purple food or drink...they last two hours, so you don't have to worry about your resource pools or regen for awhile...
