Storm Atronach Transform is a huge dissapointment for me.

If that wasn't made clear then I really think that it is poor communication on ZOS's part in not making it clear.
I know that I would feel that I didn't get my moneys worth from it if I had gotten it.2 -

Well, back in the day they refused to ever make capes making up excuses about straining the servers, but they had no problem with One Tamriel Update with removing the barrier that had 3 faction instances for each zone, now everyone is in the one zone, and dueling non stop.
So i doubt servers were even a consideration in anything.3 -

I actually don't know what this Kollopi essence thing is but i was refernecing cape as my point was that since ZOS are just ignoring the servers anyway and making choices that stress it, then I really think they didn't even think about it as part of why this Atronach Transform is a 10 second thing. I still think it should have no limit to its duration.
I just think they naturally came to such a terrible decision on how to implement the item without the need to consider other factors. Just as they have done so with other updates.

I have heard of people getting refunds for their assistants, something along the lines of they thought it would fight for them, lol

At this point i can only assume people like @ZOS_GinaBruno , or @ZOS_JohanaB don't like me with how many times i have tried to tag them for info anything before spending any money and never get anything, but check any topic shortly after and you can see them censoring people.
Even when ZOS appear in a topic you make that only they can answer but people get it locked by triggering their over-sensitive rules they lock it, ignore the topic, and then you get in trouble for remaking the topic.
Why do we even need so many forum staff anyway? Replace some with actual devs and forums won't need to be so heavily censored because people would be able to enjoy the game.4 -

The amount of people who say this, though. Even the number of people who had that PAWS sig and claimed they hated the idea of gamble crates that are clearly anti-consumer and a bad idea to purchase, then went and purchased 15 packs or more...
If you're the kind of guy who already bought Crown Crates when everyone knows they're buying something completely random and unknown, then ZOS can be fairly sure you're highly likely to repeat this whole process again next Crown Crate season when some new shiny cosmetics are shown off.
