Unable to Open Crown Crates.

I recently purchased two of the crates from the crown store. Though, whenever I go to the open tab on my menu options, I am met with a blank screen. The only display currently on is either my chat box, the crown gem counter at the bottom, and the alt button available to exit. I would like to not have my money wasted if these two crates are gone forever. I thought it might've been a rendering issue, but that wasn't the case as I lowered my graphics to the low setting and still nothing. What do I do? Are those two crates lost forever or is this just a bug?

I had the same issue, couldn't open a crate. For me it was the "No Spin" addon. I disabled that and I'm good now.

Make sure you are running the 64 bit client, there were some issues with the 32 bit client and the crates on the PTS, such as cards not showing up etc
