Do you cover the late-night shift at work and find yourself queuing hopelessly for dungeons at 4 in the morning? Do you live in the US, Canada, etc. but play on the EU server, and find that your availability doesn't quite match up with prime time hours? Are you eager to complete the most demanding PvE content ESO has to offer, but have been denied the opportunity to try because of your real-life schedule? Are you a skilled player searching for a new challenge, but find yourself living the PUG life because other groups aren't willing to give you a chance to learn what they already know?
Then Red-Eye Flight is for you.
We are a brand new Progressive Raid Guild whose schedule and structure are not as rigid as the norm. Want to raid at 3 AM? No problem.
We aim to fill our ranks with players who have the skills to complete the most challenging content in the game, yet whose schedules do not allow them to commit themselves to any certain times or dates, and who might not yet be as experienced as they would like.
A positive and constructive attitude is a must. All members should understand that while we aim to succeed and progress, the very nature of this guild means that its members may not have the means for maximum commitment. Nobody is perfect, and we can all stand to improve and to learn.
