Odd weapons and armor scaling.

So i made a new character a few days ago who is level 7 and i noticed that my level 37 that i have had for a long time has level 35-37 weapons and armor but they only provide as much resistance and damage as the level 5-7 items on my new character. I don't know why this is and was wondering if anyone could tell me.

✭The lower level you are the more your damage is boosted because of upscaling. It's to even out the lack of skills.0 -

And for resistance, even at level 7 your scaled to CP160. Since your dealing with CP160 NPCs you need CP160 resistance.0
