Essence Thief proc chance bugged.

It hardly ever procs, it seems the proc chance is more like 1,5% and not 15%. Out of 194 light attack, it procced once. (See Video)

You can see on my buff bar when it procs (the green icon) and your arms start to glow blue.

Ok, it seems that I just did not understand how the set works. It does proc, seemingly at the rate that the set says. But when it procs, a blue circle will appear near the mob and you need to move to it to collect the "essence".
