It hardly ever procs, it seems the proc chance is more like 1,5% and not 15%. Out of 194 light attack, it procced once. (See Video)

Newk✭✭Ok, it seems that I just did not understand how the set works. It does proc, seemingly at the rate that the set says. But when it procs, a blue circle will appear near the mob and you need to move to it to collect the "essence".0
