Is Group Finder broke? Or having issues maybe?

This has happened literally 3 times in a row where I use group finder and wait 30 minutes only for at the exact moment it finally finds a group it says it was disband by the leader. This has to be an issue with group finder as I didn't even have the opportunity to see who was in my group or anything. And to top it off you have this cooldown where I now have to wait another 15 minutes just to join the queue again...
