Treasure Hunter Armour

It has some very odd traits for armour called Treasure Hunter. You know, adding Maxium Magicka, Spell Critical, Spell Critical, Spell Dmage and major prophecy. I think nobody thought the name through, but because you get Treasure Hunters in Volenfell, that was it.
But it does make me think as nearly every monster shoulder or helm I get is prosperous (the other ones are training), I'd like some real treasure hunter armour. You know, two pieces improves loot rate,three pieces improves chest loot quality, four pieces gives you keen eye for chests, four pieces improves chest loot quality. Sort of thing.
Craftable would be nice. This would give us a reason to craft prosperous stuff too.
