Psn I git an email that told me failure to renew eso plus. My card is valid my bank has money and it charged me 14.99 for eso plus didn't get service or crowns. Tried to ask zos and tried to ask psn and neither wants to own up to the issue so here I am missing $14.99 but no one has my money bank tells me to contact zos or psn. Can I get some kinda help rather than dodged answers?
