When are crown crates going to be available for console?

In September the rumor was it was dropping with one tamriel, in October the notice said November. We are nearing the end of November and crown gems are already a part of the UI in the crown store. So to simply put when will crown crates become available on the Xbox one?

RomansXXI✭✭✭Hopefully they have changed their mind and come to realize that these crates will result in many side effects including, but not limited to, mass rioting, bankruptcy, loss of sales and death.
In a more likely scenario I'd say December just in time for all the idiots to blow their money on absolutely nothing because why not3 -
