I just crafted some CP50 potions and poisons, but was surprised that the effects were almost identical to my CP10 potions and poisons. See screenshot here. My character level is at CP100. Is that the result from scaling? I'm now reluctant to craft CP100 potions/poisons, lest the results be identical again.
