I get that the timer is there to stop the group finder spam, but remove for when you've been kicked from the group in the first few minutes. Say, only have it activate once youve been in the dungeon for 5 minutes. That'll stop users who gotkicked straight away from being punished and having to wait 15 mins to queue again
