It's hard to say if exploiting . That hole in that staircase has been there forever and I've been trapped in it . People still try to kill you inside and all you can hope is someone with chains yanks you out . You can't use the unstuck feature because trapped in combat . Same with logging out . ZOS needs to fix those dang stairs . I know I've put in bug reports on it .

have you watched the video? you can run in and out easilly .. you see trought the walls everything and everyone and as you could see, it seems that you dont take any damage inside there (this is something I m not sure of, tho) .. so they run in, heal up acivate their destro ults and proxies and run out, knowing exactly where are the enemies, when to run to not get hit by oil from above and so on ...

so yeah it is exploiting .. because they are taking advantage of a terrain/texture bug ...

The goal is to report the bug tho not the exploiters
