Training dummies and interactable furniture

Every big MMORPG has those.You go into a training camp or something similar to that, you got a whole line of tranining dummies just standing there and players get to measure their DPS using them,how much damage they do and so on and could even slightly increase their weapon skill line rank,and I know their is dueling but what If I want to test my damage with a stationary object.It would be cool if its added to housing too.

It would also be super cool and immersive if we could sit on chairs and benches.We got it in skyrim, almost ever bench is sittable, we have the animation in the base game so why would it not happen ?

The more customizable characters are the more difficult it would seem to make furniture usable. But it would be nice. As for training dummies, this would be a useful feature too.
