This screen keeps popping up in dungeons, can someone help ?

This screen occasionally pops up when I enter dungeons and no matter what I do it doesn't go away, If I click the options buttin it goes for 3 seconds and comes back. It's annoying and I have to keep logging out and in, and most times the groups kick me.
Anyone else have this issue?

And in the above example I wasn't even in a dungeon and it popped up

i know a fix to get it to stop popping up if it does happen just go to your group page and click on the healer role then back out it should stop popping up it may come back later down the road but said fix will stop it again.

Yeah whatever link is popping up, you need to manually go to it and then exit it out one screen at a time I'm using the circle button

It happens to me on PC in gamepad mode,mostly with random skills, so what I did fix it was open the menu of whatever is popping up and instantly close it. If on PC with this issue, don't press any shortcuts but rather take the long way to the menu.

Is something add- on related with the gamepad mode on pc but honestly i don't know wich one cause it

It's a user interface error, happens occasionally. Type /reloadui in the text chat and it should resolve this and many other issues

Im having this same issue. Reloadui works and although im getting no addon errors like others I suspexct it has something to do with gamepad mode and maybe an addon. Anyone find a fix to prevent it from happening?

If it does this. It means you closed the window whilst still navigating the roles.

To fix this. Go to the roles and navigate your cursor off the roles and then close that menu.
