Lichdom Lycanthropy Vampires and other afflictions

Greetings all.
I saw the other day of where in a video it showed a book ingame of one of the elderscrolls game in which it discussed to be wary of not just werewolfs but other werecreatures.
Now seeing as we're spread right across tamriel this can be something viable ingame, having werecats, were-crocs. would put some new life into werecreatures.
Another thing which would be a sub version of being a lich where you turning into one near a populated town will cause you to get a bounty or something, but allow players to have necromantic skills. -needs some work
Vampires I was thinking of sub bloodlines of Lamae where each one you choose is a major drawback in another area e.g. "lamae's shadow" - detection radius reduced at the cost of less max stamina. - just trying to keep it interesting whilst balanced - needs some work but also having different appearences for vampires.

Afflictions - can deal disease damage maybe not in cyrodil or at least PvP but PvE have it like in the singleplayer games dieseases which affect a player negatively for a while possibly even have it so lichdom or some other greater affliction means the more diseased you are the better you do at the cost of something

just general ideas would like to see what people think constructively

I think a lot of us have been reeing at Bethesda and ZOS for other werecreatures for the games, as seen in the lore. Some of them are seen occasionally, but if IIRC the last time we could play as strange ones was in Daggerfall. Or was it Morrowind?
If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].

I like the idea of a Lich.

Originally the justice system was planned to have guards react to transformed werewolves and vampires in stage 4. People lost their proverbial *insert 4 letter word starting with S here* and sadly, ZOS dropped it. I'd LOVE to see necromancer as a class with the option to eventually morph the Ultimate into a Lich form so long as it STAYED ON like Overload until you toggled it off. Frankly, the werewolf transformation should work the same way. And yes there should be more than one type of werecreature and more than one strain of vampirism as well. But unless they can monetize it via the cash shop or as DLC... it ain't happening.

It would be neat! All they would have to do, with "One Tamriel" now is to diversify the werewold infector spawns... say, make the one in reapers march weretigers, and the one in the rift werebears for example... with slight differences in appereance, and some skill variation...
And then add some new spawners to DLC areas... werecrocodiles to the someday coming Murkmire, etc.
Another thing which would be a sub version of being a lich where you turning into one near a populated town will cause you to get a bounty or something, but allow players to have necromantic skills. -needs some work
Technically... all player characters are -already- some sort of half-lich, due to our life not being bound to our bodiues thanks to "Vestige" status, but... bound elsewhere, allowing us to respawn after being killed, just like a lich does. All that is missing... is some "undead" status as well.
But... that cannot be "lich", since that one is reserved for spellslingers, and half the players are weaponwielders...
    ...so...
If anything, we should gave an "Undead" (or "Revenant" or "´Restless Corpse" or "Tomb Guardian" or whatever) status, much like "Vampire" or "Werewolf"... and then people could take that, and either run magica "Lich" build, or stamina "Death Knight" build...
And the thing should not come by infection like the others, but... by curse, maybe? Like... [spooky voice]"Touch the cursed thingie in the tomb dwelve that only appears under the dark moons and get cursed into a half-life, forever trapped in your own corpse body and all that gloomy fate stuff..."[/spooky voice]

I would be quite happy with one bloodline... but more vampire stuff instead. I mean, vamps are known for not being mindless beasts, organiozing... and yet, there is no special interaction options between player vamps, and vampy NPCs. I would totally want to see the Ravenwatch Castle or Wittestadr Manor become a haven for player vamps, with the NPCs there offering special stuff, from bottled blood to vampy themed gear...
Afflictions - can deal disease damage maybe not in cyrodil or at least PvP but PvE have it like in the singleplayer games dieseases which affect a player negatively for a while possibly even have it so lichdom or some other greater affliction means the more diseased you are the better you do at the cost of something
Personally I'd want a completely revamped disease system! Where you can catch lingering diseases from skeever bites, blood poisoning from rusty traps or the common cold by skinny-dipping in skyrim rivers, and then have to deal with a long lasting debuff as you find yourself busy hacking up yellow slime or popping pustules under your armor (and reduced attributes...)... or find a cure from your friendly neighborhood temple healer or a potion from your house alchemist.

...and I still wish they would reconsider, and make it so. Vampires, werewolves and their ilk -should- be treated as "monsters" by the NPCs, not as just some people with an additional skill line.

But then, I also would want other classical things to be added to them...

...vampires with reduced powers during the day (it does not have to be "burned by the sun" like in vampire movies, the original dracula story has him just de-powered in daylight after all... but... something to get them the "creature of the night" feel...), and chances to go berserk and auto-attack innocents when blood-straved - but to balance, also with options to feed from voluntary donors in some vampire refugee or player characters, perhaps even some alchemically treated vials to store extra feedings in, "for later"...

...werewolves who actually have to pay attention to the moon(s), with halved shift times at new moons, and doubled shift times during the full moons... and a mandatory "transform during the full moon night and kill a worthy prey" quest that gives a game-month long debuff if left uncompleted...

I would like to see a necromancer world skill line. After reaching rank 10, you start your long and expensive journey to becoming a Lich. Finally after the quest line is complete you become a lich, this character is stripped of its class skill lines and passives and is given the lich skill line and is kill on sight to guards. Though once you become a lich there is no cure and the character remains a lich for the rest of its days.
