What does ZOS do against ppl that AP boost for AP to get Emp?

Some of you responding don't completely understand the situation here.

Thornblade at the time was completely dead and in less than a few hours, The top two players had thousands of points in a server that had almost nobody playing in, nobody to give you AP. For the individual complaining above, he is upset because someone passed him on the leaderboard of a dead campaign where people use it not as intended but as a buff server or server to go into the sewers.

There were no contenders and no alliance war to speak of... For the person complaining above to have that lead in the first place, he had to be using some tactic other than playing the game as intended to begin with.

It is ZOS who has not figured a mechanic to make the alliances balanced like limiting numbers and skill equally in cyrodiil overland. That would help.

I was in there trying to defeat and push back the few in there and it was clear there was no real balance, no real war. Only people trying to dominate unfairly for a skewed sense of pride or for bragging rights or to put down the other factions for malicious reasons. Or as the others said, to earn a title and color and costume.

I am against anyone doing this in a real campaign. Thornblade was not that.
