Weird Loading screen transition

So,I know this is exctremly irrelevant to bring up but its rather irritating.Every time I launch the game and the loading screen comes up with press the X button to start,I do so but this weird thing that happens the scale of the loading screen suddenly changes which is...well unproffessional.If ZOS could fix this Id be soo grateful
