Can't Launch, Caught in a Loop

I am doing a fresh install on a fresh copy of Windows 10.

At first I was getting the error message "Reliable source serving corrupt data" at the last 8 MB of the install.

When I run 'Repair' it verifies, then attempts to re-download all the files. When I try to run those files I get Fatal Client Error.

I am baffled as to what to do. I have disengaged the anti-virus.

And I have tried deleting the Launcher file and reinstalling from my account page.

After a fourth fresh install and redownloading all the files the problem corrected itself. No idea what I did to resolve it.
