Trying to chat on xbox and now cant see menu(solved).

Was trying to chat in zone on xbox and somehow it zoomed in to only show the center of my screen and I can't get it to zoom out, can't see the menu anymore.
Edit: Magnifier issue, need to hold center button to restart then press the select button and play with the toggles till it fixes itself.
