A Grand Stand "Bleachers"

Ahoy mate,

So we were discussing watching streams, videos reading up on guides etc etc.

Then someone made a really awesome point.

What if, there was a "type of grand stand in the arenas" like actual people you and I watching someone face to face or a team in say VDSA.

Completely segregated by text and voice.

I thought this was an awesome idea.

Thoughts?

EDIT: I know... lag... distractions etc etc but man it's a fun kind of thought, would be a first would it not?

I like this idea! I remember in Left 4 Dead - sometimes I'd join a full game, and stay as a "spectator" able to view both teams. Great way, without needing to use YouTube etc, to view other players and their tactics.

I'd love to be able to log in from my PS4 and watch various people on my friends list run dungeons / do PVP. Adds to the social element of the game.

I think it was a really cool idea, granted there's a lot of things that need fixing first but jeez it would be awesome.
