Apart from monster sets, are there an items, armour or weapon, that offer a 1 piece set bonus?

    Maelstrom/ master weapons are the only thing that come close
    CR 561+
    LV 50 Nord Dk tank/stam DPS (stormproof)
    LV 50 High Elf Sorc DPS (flawless)
    LV 50 Argonian Templar Helaer (yes its a lizard, SMH)
    LV 50 Breton NB magicka DPS (stormproof)
    LV 50 Imperial Stamplar (Jabicus)
    LV 50 khajit Stamblade (Panthrro from the thunder cats)
    LV 50 Redguard stamsorc (stormproof/AD spy)
    LV 50 Dark Elf Magic DK (stormproof/ DC spy)

    All characters are NA EP xbox1 (I bleed red)

    Besides monster sets and the trials weapon drops I am only aware of gear that starts at 2 piece with bonus.

    Yeah, just make sure (directed at the OP) to realize that for MA/Master weapons the "set bonus" is actually an enchant. So for the love of God, don't put an enchant on your MA weapons! ;)

    Is that not an oxymoron? I mean... a "set of one"? Don't you need at least two pieces for something to be a set? :p;)

    That's not really the same. There are items with unique bonuses but not... 1 piece sets.

    They google questions and find the answers via forum posts, click on the link and reply without looking.

    In this case, the necromancer may have found the subject via google and decided to contribute.
