[PC -NA] Guild store Item purchase and not recieving it unless teleport to wayshrine

Whenever I purchase an item from a guild store the item that I purchase doesn't get sent to me unless if I teleport to a wayshrine. I try reloading my UI, and I still don't receive my purchased item in my mail.
There is no way that I can refresh my mail as there is no option for me to do it.
