(Fishing topics poll) Should ZOS merge some Provisioning passives and add gathering passives

As the current game stands, I believe it makes most sense to add in food and fishing passives after reviewing lots of threads over the past months.
Basically merge Connoisseur / Gourmand and Brewer / Chef And add in the two open spaces food gathering passive and fishing gathering passives.
