Material Tier Motifs

As it stands, once you go past the maximum level threshold for a material tier, it's completely useless for your character. Which is a shame, as there is some pretty swanky armour kicking around in the lower tiers.

The solution, 'owever, is quite simple; material motifs. At the moment, we have the material dictating the colour and overall appearance of the armour, and the style motif giving it a bit of the ol' racial flair. What we should have, is another style option, that allows us to use the appearances of lower tier armours.

So if I am crafting voidsteel Khajiit armour, but want to give it the appearance of iron Khajiit armour, I'd select an iron ingot in a new selection panel for the Blacksmithing interface, craft it, and bam, end-game armour that looks like sweet, sweet iron goodness.

Conversely, if you are crafting voidsteel armour, and want the appearance of voidsteel, just don't select anything in the new material motif panel.

As for unlocking the material motifs, that's easy; once the player unlocks the crafting passive skill level for that tier, it's mailed by the game. Player takes the motif from the mail attachment, double clicks it, et voila. You've learned the material motif.

So aye. Give us faux-iron gear, goddangit.
