✭✭✭✭✭For something to beat around on and use trash potions there is one that gives major spell power like we get from the good potions. I'd think that may be better than getting the same buff inner light provides.
However, neither set will help a player obtain top dps in the game but that is not always the goal.Really, idk -

✭✭This set is crap comparing inner light which gives 7% max Magicka and 2% recovery ..
