Medium Set: Night Terror

Have anyone ever used this set?

When you take melee damage, you deal 2000 Poison Damage to the attacker. This effect can occur once every 1 second.

Is it just useless or can it be any good somehow?

I tried it but it'd be better for a tank build IMO.

I found I had to give up too much dps to make it worth having since it only activates on damage received.

So basically if you aren't taking melee damage its a waste of armour. For example: long range fights.

But if you had the 3 jewellery and a 1h and shield of Night terror it might complement a tank well. Would need testing though.

Leeching plate is probably better. Deals poison damage, gives you health back based on the damage done, works from range and any type of damage, even DoTs.

It's best combined with another "take damage from hitting me" set. It's just the old Nightshade set renamed for One Tamriel for no reason.

I'm collecting such sets to test. Thews of the Harbinger. Twin Sisters. Storm Knight and Thunderbug. Posted about it yesterday but today I'm too tired to remember them all off the dome.

It procs against stamsorcs hurricane which is pretty rad. It only effects 1 target at a time though.

Medium users shouldnt take damage anyway.

There are a lot of gimmicky sets that i tend to stay away from. They are neat but pvp is totally unbalanced to make them worthwhile.

Tried it out yesterday.

In pvp I found it useless, but really cant tell cuz im on ps4 and cant see what procs..

In pve with viper as the other set it is actual really good cuz viper sting procs from it, but with only one target it could be better
