ZoS needs to tweak weapon traits

Let's not lie, majority consensus says every other trait besides Sharpened is garbarge. Both Maelstrom and Master weapons are tossed aside more often than not if they aren't that trait (Excluding Powered on Resto)
I think it's time to buff other traits, leave Sharpened alone to make all weapons REALISTICALLY viable.
