Why am I having issues staying connected? [PC / NA]

Been fine all day, now all the sudden the game is like no F you go back to login screen even though you have a 0% packet loss, 46 ms ping, and 2 ms jitter to Dallas, TX ( I believe the NA megaserver is in Texas I heard ). I'm east coast, what gives?
