Expert/Evil/Cammoflage Hunter

Can we please have this skill actually do damage again? or at least that Evil Hunter's stamina cost decrease is passive? It doesnt have to one shot vampires in pvp, but have it do something

It needs a rework. Its detection radius is laughable against someone in medium arnour who you your trying to find with the ability in the first place.

Its terrible.
