Considering the value of the Cipher itself, I doubt it will ever be sold in traders, BUT, this does indeed prove that someone (at least two people) have indeed found it and crafted the drink!
Jeez 50k for a drink. I did sell some Aetherial Dust for 110K though so I guess it doesn't surprise me that much.
