Anyone else having issues with chat?

So on XB NA I am having issues with all my Guild Chats, Area, Chat, and Group Chat. They either don't work, don't appear on the social menu to join or when I do join them they just keep cycling through the 5 second cool down to join w/o ever joining for me. I have tried Hard Resetting my XB, closing out the game dozens of times and even changing characters but nothing fixes it for me. I posted a similar post of the Bug forums but no has replied and just thought here I could get some answers.

ZOS hasn't replied to this in over a year. Open a ticket tho

Also delete your game data and gamertag.
Restart the Xbox. That's what they'll suggest

Yeah I know it has been an Issue for well over a year, and sorry to hear about you guys having the same issue on PSN but it seems to be a lot worse since the last patch/update.

I've been having the endless loop issue. It's a new thing for me. It's definitely not a reboot the Xbox type of thing, nor is it fixed by a game restart.

Looking at what's going on, it looks like an issue with the (yes, necessary) time delay they built into changing channels when they are stacked.

It seems to go away for me if I don't pile on more commands, and go to the screen and exit one channel, watch the timer complete, then go to the desired channel, join, watch that timer complete.

I thought the same thing but I tried clearing out every chat on all my characters then going on to just one and opening a single chat and BOOM! Endless loop chat for Area->Rest the game->cleared out Area->reset the game again b/c this game is a ass->opened up a Guild Chat->then again it just did the endless loop. I tried all those steps and a few others on 3 of my main characters and no luck fixing it. I am a long ESO Plus Member and die hard fan of this game but its s#!t like this that is really ticking me off and making me want to stop playing all together. It needs fixed and needs fixed NOW!

Submit a support ticket and check your email for a reply. If enough people have this exact issue and send in support tickets it will probably get bumped up the devs' to-do list.

I sent one about a week ago.
