Error 12 repeating after finally getting beyond reliable-corrupt issues

So, installing game on a PC.
Went rhru more than a few issues of the corrupt content reliable provider bug, with following the cancel-repair etc from troubleshooter.
Did the email report thing.
Eventually got to a "play" button with immediate error 12 ESO white box crash submit.
Submitted twice.
not seeing any responses from with source thru the emails etc.
Any fixes for this?
Going into another round of the launcher repair function, prompting what seems to be a full download again.
