Mother's Sorrow vs Treasure Hunter Set

I was just looking at this today and wondering the same thing. Looks like I'm sticking with MS.

Treasure hunter has it’s uses in pvp for crit builds that want to use better pots.

For the OP:
I’d try this build if you’re solo. I’m pretty sure it’d be strong, I just have no idea how to optimize the CPs because I’m almost purely pvp:

1- Major prophecy
2- 5% Extra magicka
3- 2% Extra magicka regen and extra Magicka (through pasives)
4- Empower

No set will ever do that.

Maybe I am overlooking something obvious here, but how do you add skills to bars in UESP Build Editor? I have tried clicking on empty bar slots, clicking on skills, dragging and dropping. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox. Nothing seems to work.

You buy the skills on the skills tab and choose with morph. Then you drag and drop it, you can only change them on the skills tab.

Wow, very correct. I placed Mother's Sorrow with Grundwulf and New Moon Acolyte...the ESO Skill Calculator had a huge jump in the effective spell power...10052, when Inner Light was slotted with MS. Treasure Hunter only had a 9398 effective spell power, of course Inner Light was not on my active bar, can't use it with TH anyway. I finally see what everyone has been talking about with Inner Light. Thank you all for the help.

FYI, I was dragging from the center of the skill name. You have to drag the skill icon/picture on the left side. Doh!
