Problem:
Every time I install updates from the launcher, the update stops before finishing. In most cases I have to restart the launcher, click repair, and then restart my computer to install the update.
Solution:
1. Close the launcher
2. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
3. Click on - Start Task Manager
4. From the Task Manager, click on the Processes tab
5. Look for "ESO.exe", if you see it, then select it and then press the End Process button ( sometimes you may see more than one ESO.exe )
6. Restart launcher
7. Install Updates
This seemed to work for me, with no hassles.
