As stated in the subject line. It takes a long time to release from combat. You can't mount and you can't port. I reported this in game about a week or longer ago. Sorry ZOS if this is spam and you know about it and are working it.
I can watch my guild mates mount or port several minutes sometimeso 10 or more minutes before I can.
ChanGinger to four pieces makes it go away, but I'm wearing it for the ultimate regen, defeats the purpose.
