Pls explain enchanting

since I have no use for stams in most useless stam based helms that I get in Vet (Since Im a magic sorc/healer), I can change it to magic recovery/Add if U use a the add magic glyph on it?
Or is there a catch?

you can replace the enchantment on any item...

here is how enchanting works, you decon glyphs you find, hunt down rune nodes ect. then you go to an enchanting station and select 1 of each of the 3 types of runes. then you craft it. congratulations on your first glyph. repeat forever.

You can replace the enchant on the helm with an armor glyph which is max stats. I assume it is a monster helm and those typically come with health on heavy, stam on medium and magika on light armor.

You can either craft the glyph, but would need to level up the craft, buy it from a guild trader or a low quality one from an NPC vendor, or you can ask a guild mate to craft it for you. Being magika you would want magika.

Regen glyphs as you mentioned can only be placed on jewelry. Glyphs have a minimum level of gear they can be placed on. Truly Superb is the best and is what you would want for CP160 gear.
