no chance bro...u do realize how much would take to kill rakkhat with just yellow items? and no trait no bonuses???? u nuts! sure they can work in rebalancing them and make them useful and add pvp only sets that are actually good for pvp... but removing all... u basically kill 50% of the game reason

I would not be concerned with such a suggestion. Zos would never take this into serious consideration.

I would like sets to stay. I feel like it gives us a lot of freedom and options for your play style, while also balancing the game. Having the option of single item sets would be broken as hell (assuming they stack). I'd rather not fight someone with 100% weapon/spell critical and a ton of extra damage.

I say make sets a special enchantment slot that you add to your armor... so you'd have your attribute (or whatever non-set effect you want) and then the set piece... then you'd only need to grind for what set enchant you want rather than what set and trait (and armor type) you want.

As interesting as this is (reminds me of Oblivion enchanting) we'd need seriously weak enchantments to make it work. Or limit how many of the same enchantment you can have, which I feel like would make the game less interesting.

They would not need to change anything... the set enchant would only take set enchants. So you could not just throw 2 magicka/health/stamina on everything...

Hmm that depends on the person, I for one cannot stand crafting purely because I find the concept of research too irirtating, Also none of the crafting stations appeal to me, I find the drops from dungeons way more fascinating and fun to collect.

yeah might work. Have to be very creative from zos if its gonna work, but I dont see this as a thing that would ruin a game.

yes, i am Against removing the sets, leave them alone and as is. thier fine,
it's just a few of the proc sets that need tweeked and zenimax claims they are working on them, so let them do thier job and no more threads like this.

Sets shouldn't be removed, but they should be changed to accommodate PvP. My suggestion is to separate PvP and pve gear. Let those who PvP gain their gear through PvP zones and not be able to use pve gear at all. It's much easier to manage balance changes imo.

I definitely don't think we need to remove all sets, but I would love to have access to more single items with a 1-piece bonus.

There could be an Amulet of Elemental Resistance out there or Boots of the Swift, etc, you get the idea.

It would be cool to be able to build your character with all 1-piece bonus items if you wanted.
