HELP problems logging into my account??

I havent been on ESO in awhile but for some reason its not letting me login to my account. I checked on the website changed my password and the password and login works on the website however, when i try to login to the actual game it says i have the wrong username/ password for some reason...has anyone else encountered this problem??
