First, is this PvP, that is kind of the issue with PvP and they are trying to fix it

Clean Boot (especially if this is a laptop as they have tons of shovelware)

If you increased your view distance, decrease that. It does not take much of a change on some systems to bring the game to a crawl. To that end, you could try reducing it a bit. If the game sees it, it has to render it, and run a script on it.
Finally, make sure your machine is running the game on the 3D card and not the CPU Graphics. It should not run on the CPU graphics, but some systems can get it going, but it's not going to be pretty.

thx for the info , it was a addon called minimaps that was causing the problems
